Envision Physician Services is searching for Pediatric Emergency Medicine Physicians to join our practice at Overland Park Regional Medical Center.
Physician Requirements: Must be Board Certified/Board Eligible in Pediatric Emergency Medicine

Facility Information

Overland Park Regional Medical Center is the area's premier facility with a true functioning Pediatric center and everything you would need as a practicing physician. We have 4,500 annual visits and 24/hr dedicated PED trained nurses, child life specialists, and more. Peds Orthopedics, Peds Surgery, Peds Radiology, Peds Cardiology, Peds Neurology, and Peds Gastroenterology, Peds Endocrine, Peds Infectious Disease, and Peds Intensivists.
Pediatric Emergency Department Profile:

• 4,500 annual patient visits
• Main ED is Level II Trauma Center
• 12 pediatric ED beds
• 24-hours physician coverage daily; 12-hour shifts (11a-11p)
• Meditech EMR

PEM physicians only work in the PEDS ED & never in the Main ED unless caring for a patient that meets trauma criteria and being seen in Main ED
Overland Park Regional is a licensed 343-bed facility offering acute and outpatient medical care services to the Overland Park community and the surrounding areas. The new Pediatric ER which opened in August of 2016 treats Johnson County's youngest patients. The facility is the only ER in Johnson County that includes a Pediatric Intensive Care Unit and we are looking for a full-time PEM physician.
