Program Director and Hospitalist Opportunities 1hr and 15 min from Chicago

NW Health – La Porte (La Porte, IN) – Program Director:

- Oversee La Porte & Starke facilities (working primarily @ La Porte)

- Clinical time of no more than 14 shifts/month

60 hours of Admin time/month (paid via monthly stipend)

NW Health – La Porte (La Porte, IN) – Hospitalist/Nocturnist:

- Full-service, acute care facility

- 276 beds

- 3 MD/DOs during the day (7a – 7p)

• 18-20 patients / day (total – admissions & rounding)
• No procedures/codes for daytime rounders

- 1 nocturnist (7p – 7a)

• Occasional procedures for Nocturnist (central line & intubation)

- 7 on / 7 off, block schedule

- 24/7 Intensivist access / closed ICU

• 12-bed critical care unit

- EMR:  Cerner

- Ancillary support available 24-hours/day (lab and x-ray)
