Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Providence Medical Group is seeking a talented physician assistant or nurse practitioner to join an established Primary Care clinic at located in Molalla, Oregon. You'll be part of a collaborative and compassionate team of caregivers working within an integrated practice model with behaviorist, clinical pharmacy, nurse quality supervisor, case management, and exceptional operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for direct and in-direct patient care as well as inbox management with the option of managing your own small panel of patients. Providence Medical Group is committed to supporting local communities across the Portland metro area and rural locations such as Molalla in providing a coordinated approach that brings together a team of experts to care for patients and families.

• Open to full-time at 1.0 FTE or part-time at 0.8 FTE
• Monday to Friday schedule, daytime hours and no call
• Minimum of 2-years of post-graduate experience within a primary care practice preferred
• Responsible for direct and indirect patient care, support of inbox management
• Ideal candidates will be comfortable seeing all ages
