Kadlec Regional Medical Center is seeking a full-time Internal Medicine physician with at least five years of clinical experience to become a Hospitalist Medical Director in Richland, Washington. The role responsibilities are split evenly between administrative and clinical duties, providing you with chances to lead the Hospitalist team while also working alongside them as they provide world-class care. The team itself is large and consists of over 35 current Hospitalists. You will also be supported by two physician leads that will help with the day-to-day operations. Additionally, the facility also has an Intensivist group staffed by a physician and an ARNP that provide 24/7 coverage while supporting hospitalist patients when needed. Due to the size of the facility, you can expect easy access to resources, state-of-the-art technology, and support.
