• 160 beds
• Average Daily Encounters - 40+ for the team
  • MD/DO oversight of APPs
• Open ICU - ICU Physicians manage vents
• Full Sub-specialty Support
• Shifts = 2 day MD/DO & 1 APP shift
• 7on/7off Block Schedule
  • Days = 7a-7p
  • Nights = 7p-7a covered by telehospitalist
• Respond to Rapid Response & Codes; NO Procedures Required
• EMR: Cerner

• Physician Rates:
  • SCP-employed (W-2) with 90% base + 10% group RVU
  • Total Compensation expected to be $285k or higher

• Also includes $26k value Benefits pkg + Malp. (inc. tail coverage)
  • Very competitive sign on bonus
  • We contract @ 15 shifts per month (of course, you have the option to pick up more)
• Will accept H-1B and J-1 Visa candidates
