Job Details

• 179 hospital beds
• Manageable daily patient load
• 2 clinicians on shift daily (7 a.m. - 7 p.m.)
• Physicians rotate night call every other night
• Physician on call must be within 30 miles from the hospital
• 7 on / 7 off block scheduling
• Level IV trauma facility

Facility Information

Merit Health Natchez is a 179-bed acute care facility serving the healthcare needs of the Natchez community. The hospital recently underwent several renovations to update and expand services in preparation for the consolidation of two campuses. Merit Health Natchez offers a broad range of services including emergency medicine, surgery, cardiology, labor and delivery, radiology, outpatient diagnostic testing, and physician therapy. This hospital is fully accredited by The Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations.
