• 193 beds
• Average Daily Encounters - 110+ for the team
  • MD/DO oversight of APPs
• Closed ICU
• Full Sub-specialty Support
• Shifts = 6 day MD/DO & 2 APP shift, 1 night MD/DO & 1 night APP shift
• 7on/7off Block Schedule
• Respond to Rapid Response & Codes; NO Procedures Required
• EMR: Cerner
• Physician Rates:
  • SCP-employed (W-2) with 90% base + 10% group RVU
  • Total Compensation expected to be $285k or higher
• Also includes $26k value Benefits pkg + Malp. (inc. tail coverage)
  • Very competitive sign on bonus
  • We contract @ 15 shifts per month (of course, you have the option to pick up more)
