Providence Medical Group is seeking a board-certified/board-eligible physician, who is a passionate educator, to serve the Transitional Year Residency Program in Spokane, Washington. This individual will have dedicated time for the leadership of the residency, and it is this individual's responsibility to communicate with the residents, faculty members, Designated Institutional Official (DIO), STHC Graduate Medical Education Committee (GMEC), and the ACGME. The Program Director will be employed as a 0.5 FTE of non-clinical time devoted to the administration of the program. The Program Director will lead consistent with the needs of the community, upholding the missions of the Spokane Teaching Health Center (STHC), Providence and the residency program.
