Providence Medical Group (PMG) is seeking a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a collegial, patient-centered medical home at PMG Happy Valley. In this role, you will provide direct patient care, indirect care, and support of inbox management. As part of an integrated care model, you'll work closely with behavioral health, clinical pharmacy, nursing staff, and an exception support team to deliver uncompromising, quality care to this growing, family-friendly community in southeast of Portland, Oregon.
