Lee Health is a non-profit organization with more than 13,000 employees, 4,500 volunteers, and more than 800 employed primary care and specialty care providers with nearly 90 practice locations throughout Southwest Florida. The organization has four acute care hospitals and two specialty hospitals that together house 1,812 hospital beds.
LPG Hospitalist Medicine is seeking board eligible/board certified Internal Medicine/Family Medicine physicians to join their team. This exclusive physician group is team-oriented, quality-focused, and industrious, and is currently seeking hospitalists and nocturnists to fill positions at either Gulf Coast Medical Center or Health Park Medical Center. These positions are 7 days on 7 days off 8a-8p or 8p-8a. There is advanced provider support to help cover admissions. Daytime hospitalists typically care for 15-18 patients per shift with a goal of 16. Quarterly quality incentives and extra shifts are available for additional compensation.

Gulf Coast Medical Center is a 624 bed acute care facility centrally located in Fort Myers, FL. Gulf Coast Medical Center houses the Neuroscience Institute, orthopedic services, interventional cardiology, and general medicine/surgery. The hospital offers 24/7 access to emergency care and is comprehensive stroke center.
HealthPark Medical Center, is a 460 bed facility located in Fort Myers, FL that provides a wide range of inpatient and outpatient services, including interventional cardiology, cardiothoracic surgery, OBGYN with OB hospitalists, general medicine/surgery, and rehab. HealthPark also includes a full-service emergency department and is the primary location for Lee Health’s Heart and Vascular Institute, which is a designated chest pain center.
