Providence Mother and Baby Clinics is seeking a full-time Family nurse practitioner or Certified Nurse Midwife to join their expanding team of skilled and compassionate Lactation Consultants at Providence Willamette Falls. In this role, you will support mother/baby couplets during the postpartum period in a lactation-focused outpatient practice. You will work closely with pediatricians and OB/GYN providers to provide post discharge follow up of both mother and infant with ongoing lactation support for families who elect to breastfeed. This position requires every other weekend coverage, one winter and one summer holiday. Join a collaborative team in providing the highest quality, compassionate care to patients in a welcoming community.
  • Full-time; 5 days per week
  • Every other weekend coverage required
  • No call required; no after-hours beyond 6:00pm
  • Open to new graduate Family nurse practitioners or Certified Nurse Midwifes with previous postpartum RN experience
  • FNP or CNM licensure, DEA licensure, PEARS certification
  • IBCLC certification to be obtained within 12-months of hire with financial assistance from Providence
