The Mount Sinai Health System is seeking a Physician to cover Post-Acute Care at The New Jewish Home Skilled Nursing Facility in New York City!

The Division of Hospital Medicine (DHM) of the Mount Sinai Health System, NY, is recruiting a full-time or part-time salaried Physician to care for Post-Acute Care patients at The New Jewish Home on the Upper West Side of Manhattan. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the Mount Sinai Department of Medicine, Hospitalist Division, and be primarily based at The New Jewish Home Skilled Nursing Facility. The New Jewish Home one of the largest and most innovative providers of facility and community based Long Term Care in New York with both post-acute rehabilitation and long-term care services.  Opportunities exist to collaborate with hospitalists across the Mount Sinai system on quality improvement and scholarly projects, to work with Geriatric fellows and medical students, and on medical education initiatives.  Great work-life balance with a Monday to Friday daytime schedule!   Short-term or long-term commitment available. 

A medical degree with training in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine is required. Additional certification in Geriatrics and/or Palliative Medicine is not required but is preferred.
