Our Hospital Medicine Team in Colorado Springs is growing!  The UCHealth Medical Group is ready to welcome BE/BC full-time Hospitalist Physicians to our established hospitals.  Be part of a collegial group that works together closely to provide the utmost quality care for our patients while supporting each team member's personal and professional goals.  At UCHealth, we are dedicated to putting patients first, excellence and integrity. We are currently hiring for the following locations:

UCHealth Memorial Hospital Central & North

  • Physicians will work 160 shifts per year as full-time.  Extra shifts are available.
  • We offer three shifts; physicians rotate through all three.
  • Our schedule is seven-on-seven off. Night shift is 5-7 rotations a year.
  • This hospitalist group primarily covers two hospitals.
  • Average daily census per physician is 19-23 patients/shift plus admissions.
  • Applying physicians must be board-eligible/certified in Internal Medicine.

UCHealth Grandview and Pikes Peak Regional Hospital

  • Physicians will work 160, 24-hour shifts per year as full-time. Extra shifts are available.
  • A shift is 12-hours in house, 12-hours on call with first-call APP support for cross coverage.
  • Provider covers both locations and travels between each.
  • Our schedule is 3-4 shifts on with a few days off in between.
  • Average daily census per physician is 8-12 patients/shift plus admissions.
  • Applying physicians must be board-eligible/certified in Internal Medicine.
