Providence Medical Group (PMG) Mercantile is seeking an experienced nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join an established family medicine practice in Lake Oswego. You'll be part of a collaborative, value-based, and patient-centered care team made up of physicians, advanced practice clinicians, behavior health provider, clinical pharmacist, case management, and an experienced clinical support team. A great opportunity to work along established physicians and mid-level providers alike, to see patients with a broad scope of needs. The beautiful community of Lake Oswego is an established suburb in Portland, Oregon.
Where You'll Work
- Full-time at 1.0 FTE
- Monday - Friday, daytime hours, 4-5 days/week schedule
- Non-paneled, team-based care with direct and indirect patient care (in-basket management)
- 2-years of post-graduate professional experience in a primary care setting preferred
