Providence Medical Group is seeking an exceptional Family Medicine physician to join an established, full-spectrum growing practice in Florence, Montana. Florence Family Medical offers labs, X-ray services, integrated behavioral health, diabetic education and care management onsite. Work with a collaborative and team-oriented group of physicians at an outpatient clinic, where you'll have an opportunity to build your own patient panel. Providence Medical Group - Western Montana includes 2000 employees statewide and over 40 primary and specialty care clinics in Missoula, Polson and several smaller communities. The connection to two outstanding hospitals, Providence St. Patrick in Missoula and Providence St. Joseph in Polson, brings comprehensive care to the region. For years, the network of hospitals, providers, clinics and care centers has offered coordinated care with a singular EMR system and the sharing of best practices throughout Western Montana.
