Seeking academic hospitalists to help with our IM residency program slated to start 2023.

Candidates are expected to: Participate in developing our curriculum and maintaining our didactics , Serve as role model and mentor to our Internal medicine residents, assist with administrative duties including residents recruitment , clinical competency committee, and program evaluation committee. Take initiatives in quality improvement projects and other research and scholarly activities. Teaching and administrative experience is highly desired. This is a lucrative position with a potential track to become the associate program director.

Qualified Candidates:
  • Must be board certified in Internal Medicine
  • 3-5 Years Post Residency Clinical Experience Required
  • Evidence of ongoing involvement in scholarly activity, including peer-reviewed publications
  • GME teaching experience is preferred but not required
  • Inpatient and Outpatient care experience preferred
