The St. Mary High Desert Medical Group is seeking a full-time nurse practitioner or physician assistant join a brand-new Providence AdvantAge Health Center in Apple Valley, California. This is an outpatient clinic that provides Primary Care services to seniors throughout the community. The APC in this role will have their own office and there will be opportunities to conduct telehealth visits with patients as well. This is a great opportunity to join a compassionate team focused on serving an aging population in the beautiful community of Apple Valley.
