Family Medicine Physician

Providence Hood River Memorial Hospital is seeking a board certified/board eligible Family Medicine physician to join its well-established Family Medicine clinic. The practice features a multidisciplinary team including integrated behavioral health, social work, weight management program and excellent support staff. • Full-time position; flexible to hire 0.90-1.0 FTE
• Outpatient care only
• Schedule is 4 days per week and very limited phone call only.
• Recognized as 5 STAR Patient-Centered Primary Care Home, the highest a clinic can achieve
