An established, reputable, award-winning, not-for-profit health system in a mid-sized Midwest metro is seeking an internal medicine physician/hospitalist due to the growth of its Hospital at Home program. The successful candidate will join a collegial group of physicians, advanced practice providers, RNs, therapists, patient care technicians, and paramedics focused on delivering high-quality, evidence-based acute-level care in the patient’s home. Candidates must be MDs and DOs who are board-certified or board-eligible in internal medicine and have hospitalist and acute care experience. Additional fellowship experience is not required.

Opportunity Highlights

  • Excellent work-life balance - 7 days on/7 days off (8 am to 4:30 pm) schedule

  • Provide secondary backup call coverage that is primarily remote
