Summary
OptiMed Hospitalists, PLLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Med-Peds (Internal Medicine & Pediatrics) or Family Medicine Hospitalist to join our team at Granville Medical Center in Oxford, NC. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience caring for newborns, a passion for being part of a close-knit community, and the ability to start in March/Early April.

Qualifications

  • United States Citizenship or Permanent Residents.
  • Degree of doctor of medicine or an equivalent degree resulting from a course of education in medicine or osteopathic medicine. Must be okay managing ICU and vent patients along with doing procedures.
  • Current, full, and unrestricted license to practice medicine in the state of North Carolina or actively applying for one.
  • Completion of residency training, or its equivalent at an accredited core specialty training program leading to eligibility for board certification.
  • Works collaboratively with all staff to achieve team goals
  • A positive attitude with a lot of energy & enthusiasm

Compensation

  • Base Salary: $280,000 (for 7on/7off)
  • Sign-on Bonus: $25,000
  • Relocation Bonus: $6,500
