Pacific Hospitalist Associates 70 physician private Internal Medicine Hospitalist Group  is now recruiting for two additional Nocturnists in  Newport Beach, CA due to program growth. Only twelve 12 hour shifts per month with flexible scheduling. The group and schedule is owned by the hospitalists.  Ownership and partnership possible after 2 years. No code blue team. No procedures required. Three nocturnists on site everynight. 24/7 Intensivists in house. Full benefit package with paid malpractice, health and dental insurance, 3-4 weeks PTO, retirement plan and $300,000-$400,000+ income potential.  Less than 2% annual turnover.
