Baptist Health Medical Group, part of Baptist Health South Florida, the largest healthcare system in the region is seeking full-time day and Nocturnist Hospitalist with a 7 on / 7 off schedule to join the team.  Baptist Health Medical Group is a growing network of more than 500 of the region’s most highly regarded physicians in a comprehensive range of medical specialties such as Bariatric Surgery, Breast Surgery, Cardiac Surgery, Cardiology, Colorectal Surgery, Electrophysiology, Endocrinology, Gastroenterology, General Surgery, Heart Failure, Interventional Cardiology, Interventional Neuroradiology, Hospital Medicine, Neurology, Neurosurgery, Oncology, Orthopedics & Sports Medicine, Pain Management, Physiatry, Preventive Cardiology, Primary Care, Research & Development, Sleep Medicine, Spine Care, Thoracic Surgery, Urology and Vascular Medicine.

Our Hospitalists are dedicated to providing excellent and responsive medical treatment to hospitalized patients at Baptist Hospital of Miami, Doctors Hospital and West Kendall Baptist Hospital keeping them on the cutting edge of the latest treatments and research.  They also help coordinate communication between other medical specialist, the patient’s primary care physician and healthcare professionals within the hospital and upon discharge.  

The preferred candidate will be an experienced Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Hospitalist.  Candidate must be a US licensed physician, board certified or eligible. Candidate must also be able to provide references focusing on quality, patient centered-care and excellent leadership skills including team building and collaboration in multidisciplinary team environment. POCUS and procedures a plus, but not required. No codes.
