The Opportunity

• Seeking Board Eligible/Certified Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physicians
• Current VA state license is a plus
• Full-time or Part-time opportunities available
• Positions available as Rounder, Admitter, Nocturnist or a combination of these
• Open ICU
• Flexible schedule, not strict 7 on 7 off

The Site - Bon Secours St. Francis Medical Center - Midlothian, Virginia

• 130-beds with an additional 55 beds being added by 2024
• Annual volume of 32,000+
• Recipient of HealthGrades 2023 Critical Care Excellence Award with an Open ICU; Top 5 for Gastrointestinal care; Five-Start recipient for treatment of Sepsis for 14 years in a row; Five-Start recipient for treatment of Respiratory Failure for 6 years in a row
• Services at St. Francis include all types of surgery, women’s services, 24-hour onsite neonatology, 24-hour emergency care, cardiology, orthopedics, oncology, urology, pediatric services, cardiac catheterization, MRI/CT, diagnostic imaging and nuclear medicine.
• Bon Secours Cancer Institute at St. Francis offers services in radiation, medical and surgical oncology, diagnostic services, infusion therapy, palliative care, and patient/family education services.

• Situated in Chesterfield County, Midlothian, Virginia, is an unincorporated village just 14 miles west of Richmond that's known for its proud coal mining and railroad history, old churches, and unique shops. Today, it’s a community that combines historical ambiance with modern amenities.
• Midlothian offers a four-season climate experience with temperatures ranging from 70 to 89 degrees in the summers and 29 to 47 degrees in the winters.
• For those who love the outdoors, the central Virginia area is a prime spot for hiking, mountain biking, and white water sports. This site is centrally located 90 minutes from the Blue Ridge Mountains to the West and 90 minutes from the Atlantic Ocean to the East. 
• This is a rapidly growing area with a booming craft beer and food scene. Also located just 20 minutes from the thriving arts scene of Richmond, Virginia
