University of Rochester Medical Center is presently recruiting for a full-time FM or IM physician to serve as a Hospitalist on a 20-bed inpatient acute medical unit and our expanded 10-bed Substance Use Medical Management and Infection Treatment (SUMMIT) unit.  Our unit coordinates care with an outpatient primary care/behavioral health clinic.  Physicians work closely with an interdisciplinary team that includes a psychiatrist, a pharmacist, social workers and APPs,  as well as peer specialists and substance use counselors.
