The Department of Medicine, University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center, is recruiting a clinician-educator/outcomes researcher to lead the clinical, educational and research programs in the Section of Hospital Medicine and provide strategic leadership.  The section consists of 16 physicians and nearly 12 advanced practice providers.  We seek a nationally recognized physician with leadership and academic skills who would be appointed at the Associate Professor or Professor level.  Outcomes oriented research, significant experience in patient safety and quality and a track record of academic accomplishments are preferred.  Minimum Qualifications:  Graduation from an approved medical school, Board Certification in General Internal Medicine, ability to obtain professional licensure in the State of Oklahoma and achievement that would support the appropriate academic rank.
