Director of Hospital Medicine
Phelps Memorial Hospital in Westchester - Northwell Health
Northwell Health is seeking a Director of Hospital Medicine for Phelps Memorial Hospital in Sleepy Hollow, Westchester County NY to lead a growing hospitalist program. The Director will work with Hospital leadership along with Medicine Service Line leaders to facilitate team and hospital operations along with strategic planning. Promoting continuous improvement of the Division of Hospital Medicine will be key to success. Candidates will be board certified in Internal Medicine, clinically active in Hospital Medicine with leadership training and experience and demonstrate ongoing excellence in team-based initiatives. Candidates will also require strong communication skills and a desire to mentor and teach.

Phelps Memorial Hospital is a 238-bed acute care community hospital, located in the central Westchester County town of Sleepy Hollow. Full-time clinical base compensation at Northwell Health ranges from $125K to $750K, which is impacted by various factors, including but not limited to physician specialty, level of experience, quality of care, academic accomplishments, patient experience and productivity. The base compensation range listed is a good faith determination of potential base compensation at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future.
