Pediatric Hospitalist

 Physician: Pediatric Hospital Medicine - Major New York Teaching Hospital, Staten Island, NY

Northwell Health is seeking a full-time BC/BE Pediatric Hospitalist or Pediatrician to join the Division of Pediatric Hospital Medicine at Staten Island University Hospital (SIUH), a teaching hospital of the Zucker SOM at Hofstra Northwell, CUNY SOM and Touro SOM. Highlights include: 

• The Department of Pediatrics has a 20-bed in-patient unit, a level II trauma center, a PICU, a level III NICU, 3,000 annual newborn deliveries and a busy Pediatric Emergency Department. Our Pediatric Residency program is fully accredited by the ACGME.   

• Administrative, supervisory, and teaching responsibilities include supervision of Pediatric residents and medical students and participation in our core educational programming, including simulation and development of research/quality improvement projects.
