Hospitalist Director - Oklahoma City

We are seeking an experienced physician leader to assume the Hospitalist Director role, at a well-established expanding Adult Hospitalist program, comprised of over 40 Physicians and APP's working at a large Oklahoma City metropolitan hospital.

INTEGRIS Health System is the largest not-for-profit healthcare system in Oklahoma. 

The Director will assume administrative responsibility, including but not limited to overseeing regulatory functions for the program, addressing patient safety alerts, processing grievances, administering annual provider reviews, participating in strategy development and deployment, representing the program on hospital committees, participating in incident command as needed, conducting patient experience rounding, and fostering and supporting lean work focused on quality and process improvement.
