SCP Health is seeking an exceptional leader to join us as Hospital Medicine Medical Director in Englewood, CO, playing a pivotal role in advancing our commitment to excellence in Hospital Medicine practice management. This exciting opportunity offers leadership responsibility at prestigious institutions, Swedish Medical Center and Rose Medical Center, both known for their commitment to quality care and community impact.

Key Responsibilities:

As the Hospital Medicine Medical Director, you will be entrusted with leading and directing clinical and operational services, ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality patient care. Your responsibilities include:

  • Strategic Leadership: Spearhead the deployment of clinical and operational strategies to elevate performance standards.
  • Quality Oversight: Maintain vigilance over patient care quality, provider engagement, and overall medical practice performance.
  • Performance Metrics: Drive excellence in Patient Satisfaction, throughput measures, provider retention, and Medical Director performance.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with Senior Executives, including the EM/HM Group Vice President, to achieve shared organizational goals.


  • MD or DO with Board Certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
  • Preferred: 2 years of multi-site Hospital Medicine Leadership experience.
  • Required: 2 years of single-site Hospital Medicine Leadership experience.
