Nocturnist hospitalist Opportunity with Possible Partner Track

• EPIC EHR. 
• Open ICU with 24/7 intensivist support with no procedure responsibilities.
• Robust specialist consult support.
•  Average 7-10 admissions per night (7pm-7am) with Cross Coverage
• Supported by 2 swing shifts helping with admissions and cross coverage
  • Short Swing admitting shift from 3PM-11PM . 
  • Long swing admitting shift from 4P-2A
• Nocturnist Full FTE is 120 shifts per month with an estimated total compensation $400K 
• Retirement benefits of Profit sharing + 3% match 

This position is flexible and we will consider moonlighter applicants as well as those looking for part-time status. Option for joining the group will be considered after 6 months.
