AtlantiCare, the largest healthcare organization in southeastern New Jersey, invites skilled hospital medicine nocturnists to join our innovative, patient-centered health system.
As a nocturnal physician at AtlantiCare, you will be part of a well-balanced practice, providing a diverse range of patient care. This is a full-time opportunity working nights and reports to the Vice President of Medical Affairs, department chairperson and/or medical director.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide cost-effective patient care.
- Implement preventive measures and diagnose and treat illnesses and disorders competently, adhering to established medical practices and protocols.
- By showing compassion and respect for each individual, the physician provides care that meets the patient's expectations.
- Collaborate with leaders and staff to enhance clinical outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement efforts and staff committees.
- Remain knowledgeable about current technical knowledge and seek educational and professional opportunities to enhance clinical practice and competency.
- Participate in the peer review process to improve clinical practice.
- Demonstrate sound judgment and respect for colleagues.

Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited medical school.
- Licensed to practice in New Jersey.
- Board-certified in your specialty.
- CDS and DEA registration.
- Proficiency in clinical applications (training provided if needed).
