Hospitalist / Nocturnist Physician

• Minimum 14 shifts per month
• 200 - 300 patients per day as an average census for the Hospitalist group
• Two Nocturnists covering night calls
• Opportunity for leadership and involvement in quality improvement projects and committees
• Physician Governance Council allows for physician input into strategic planning and operational policies for the employed physician group

Nocturnist:

• 12 hour shifts; 7pm - 7am
• Supervise one Advanced Practice Provider helping at night to answer calls and see patients
• One Nocturnist staffed at Halifax Health Medical Center of Daytona Beach
• Nocturnist and Advanced Practice Provider will be on call to troubleshoot for the whole group's patients

Job Qualifications: 

• Full time or Part Time, Employed
• Must hold US Citizenship or Permanent Residency
• Must be ABMS/AOA Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Eligible to be licensed for the practice of medicine in the State of Florida
• Experience preferred but not required
