Location: Bryn Mawr Hospital, Main Line Health

Opportunity Overview Join us as the Campus Chief for Hospital Medicine at Bryn Mawr Hospital, where you will serve as a vital liaison and advisor to our Division of Hospital Medicine (DHM) physicians and advanced practitioners (APPs). In this role, you will model best practices in clinical excellence, productivity, and patient relations while adapting to the dynamic needs of our community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate effective communication and standardize processes both at the campus and across Main Line Health (MLH).
• Collaborate with system leaders to enhance the experiences of patients, employees, and providers.
• Act as an ambassador for our campus, addressing concerns with hospital administration and serving as a resource for patient and nursing issues.
• Develop and manage coverage schedules, ensuring optimal staffing in response to patient volumes.
• Participate in recruiting, screening, and interviewing DHM physicians, and design onboarding experiences for new hires.
• Assist in creating and executing public relations and marketing strategies to attract new practices to MLH.
• Maintain a work schedule that includes a minimum of 50% clinical responsibilities, with the remainder dedicated to administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted medical license in Pennsylvania.
• ACLS certification.
• Board certification in Internal Medicine or a relevant specialty, approved by the Main Line Hospitals Department of Medicine Chair.
• Strong clinical leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.
• 2-3 years of clinical leadership experience preferred.
