MedStar Health is interviewing for an APP Nocturnist Hospitalist in Leonardtown, MD.

We are offering a signing/retention bonus of up to $35K for this opportunity! 

This 100% inpatient position offers you the opportunity to work with a highly collaborative team doing admissions and cross-coverage for medical patients with access to the resources provided by a large healthcare system. In this inpatient setting, you will work a night shift schedule while enhancing our current Hospital Medicine Model. Our clinicians are expected to focus on evidence-based medicine in order to improve patient quality, safety, throughput, and improved patient experience and communication. Given our robust postgraduate training program, new grads will be considered for this position.

In this role, the advanced practice provider (APP) will perform a variety of duties, such as histories and physicals, as well as providing care to assigned patients. They will assess, diagnose, document findings, and write medical orders. They will also make clinical decisions relative to patient management through collaboration with physicians.

This position has a hiring range of $132,250–$205,162.
