The top-ranked health system in greater St. Louis is seeking a Director of Hospital Medicine. The successful candidate will enjoy a flexible schedule with a mix of clinical shiftwork and a mix of in-office and remote administrative time. Administrative Duties include but are not limited to committee involvement, patient census review, working on future initiatives focused on metrics that the hospitalist program is required to address (admission rates, length of stay, etc.), overseeing daily flow, new provider orientation, performance reviews, and interfacing with the Hospital President and CMO.
