Adult Primary Care Physician

Facey Medical Group has an opportunity for a full-time board-eligible/board-certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician. Located at Facey's facility in Simi Valley, this position will focus on providing primary care services to adults. • Outpatient care only
• Full-time; 4.5 days per week, Monday to Friday schedule
