SCP Health is seeking a Hospital Medicine System Director to oversee our Northwest Health La Porte, Porter, and Starke locations. As System Director, you will have the opportunity to lead and mentor a diverse and talented group of 26 Full-time HM Physicians. The maximum clinical time for this position is 14 shifts/month and 60 hours of Admin time/month. This position will be based at NW Health La Porte.

  • Leading programs in Cardiology, orthopedics, surgical services, emergency care, oncology, and maternal health

Northwest Health-Porter

  • 16 Full-Time HM Physicians
  • Features around the clock sub-specialty support, all private patient rooms, advanced imaging equipment, and new medical and communication technology
  • Includes two (2) hospital campuses and seven (7) outpatient facilities
  • Serves Porter, Lake, LaPorte, Starke and Jasper counties
  • 301-bed facility accredited by The Joint Commission

 

Northwest Health-Starke

  • 2 Full-Time Hospital Medicine Physicians
  • 50-bed, not-for-profit community hospital
  • Offers adult acute care, emergency services, surgical services, orthopedics, gastrointestinal services, diagnostic imaging, and cardiovascular testing.
  • Robust outpatient programs include wellness, rehabilitation, and infusion services.
  • Recognized by the Indiana Rural Health Association for achievements and advocacy for rural healthcare
