• Part of the Ochsner Lafayette General Health system
• 25 hospital beds
• Collegial work environment with ED managed by SCP
• One Hospitalist per day
• Low daily patient encounters and low acuity
• 7 on / 7 off block schedule
• Surgeons do lines
• ED physicians run the codes
