The Opportunity
- Deliver high-quality obstetric care and manage emergencies for improved patient safety and outcomes
- Collaborate with local obstetricians to ensure consistent 24/7 physician coverage for all patients
- Seeking OB/GYNs with strong clinical and communication skills, commitment to quality improvement, and passion for advancing womens healthcare
- Typical full-time schedule: 7 shifts/month (24 hours each)
- No on-call duties or office management responsibilities
- About 21 days off per month
