Job Details
Pediatric Hospitalist needed to join the authority in medicine and partner with the nation's best hospital (U.S. News & World Report ), ranked in more specialties than any other care provider. Join a highly respected, physician-led multidisciplinary team.
Salary up to $315,000 - $50,000 sign on bonus.
The ideal candidate will join a team of experienced pediatric hospitalists plus a team of outpatient pediatricians, Neonatal Nurse Practitioners and an on-staff Neonatologist. .
Direct care of neonatal patients aged 0 to 44 weeks post menstrual age within the hospital.
Consultations with colleagues on patients aged 0 to 18 years from within the region (clinic or hospital-based).
Inpatient consults as requested .
Collaboration with Neonatal Nurse Practitioners, as needed.
Precepting and direct teaching of residents and other trainees, as re: Research and other academic pursuits.
7 on / 7 off position - 24 weeks per year.
City of 52,000 with a metro area of 120,000 in the Upper Mississippi River Valley, located between Minneapolis/St. Paul, MN, and Madison, WI.
