Job Description:
We are seeking a Pediatric Hospitalist to join a growing team at the brand-new Hospital in Utica, New York a unified facility under the Mohawk Valley Health System. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity offering an ideal 7-on/7-off schedule and excellent work-life balance. Whether you're an experienced physician or a recent graduate, this role offers clinical diversity, academic involvement, and strong support services.
Position Highlights:

• Schedule: 7-on/7-off
  
• Setting: 7-bed pediatric inpatient unit
  
• Additional Duties:
  
  • Emergency department consults
    
  • Shared coverage of the newborn nursery
    
  • Teaching medical students and family medicine residents
    
• No NICU or delivery attendance required
  
• Academic Component: Involvement in medical education
  

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary Range: $180,000 $215,000 (commensurate with experience)

Submission Requirements:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics (within 5 years of residency) REQUIRED
