Dallas-Ft. Worth area hospital is seeking a BE/BC OBGYN Hospitalist to join their team. 24-hour shifts.
No on-call duties.
Flexible, predictable scheduling designed to support work-life balance.
Physicians are required to work a minimum average of six shifts per month (18 shifts per quarter).
OB Hospitalist coverage model ensures two providers are scheduled and on-site at all times to support continuous patient care and team collaboration.
First assists available to support both OB hospitalists and private physicians.
Strong, reliable back-up call system.
Provide emergency OB care, unassigned OBED and gynecological coverage, and assist with private MD emergencies.
Guaranteed hourly rate.
Extra shift incentive pay is available.
Holiday pay incentives.
Level IV NICU.
Level I PICU.
Level IV Maternal Designation.
