Job Details
Schedule: 12-hour shifts (7a-7p, 7p-7a) with ongoing coverage beginning September 1
Setting: Inpatient hospitalist service across multiple acute care hospitals
Patient Volume: High-volume service with active admissions and cross-cover responsibilities
EMR: Epic
Certifications Required: ACLS and PALS
Required Skills: Hospitalist medicine including admissions, cross-cover, rapid response participation, and management of complex inpatient cases in a team-based environment; No procedures required
Board Status: Board Certified or Board Eligible (Internal Medicine or Family Medicine)
Licensure: California license required
Credentialing: Approximately 60-90 days with expedited review for clean files
Support: Large hospitalist team with dedicated admitters, nocturnists, and specialist support across sites
