Hospitalist Physician

Opportunity Highlights

• Schedule: 24-hour pager call shifts (with 3 hours gratis); providers must be able to cover at least 1 week per month; coverage begins September 1, 2026, ongoing indefinitely
• Job Setting: Level II Trauma Center
• Types of Cases: Primarily emergent GYN procedures; some emergent OB procedures may be necessary; 1-2 patient encounters per shift; no planned deliveries; no NICU on site
• Credentialing: Estimated 60 days

Minimum Requirements

• Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Certified required
• Certifications: BLS required; Fellowship required; OB experience within the past 2 years required
• Licensure: Active Montana

Specialty Skills

• Laparoscopic diagnostic/minor only (tubal ligation, LOA's, chromotubation) - Required
• Operative/major laparoscopic (includes diagnostic) - ectopic pregnancy, ovary removal, cystectomy, extensive LOA's - Required
• Open surgical gynecology - Preferred
