Location: Rochester, Minnesota
Specialty Needed: Hospitalist Medicine
BC/BE Requirements: Board Certified ONLY
Length Of Assignment: Contract approved for 1 year
Facility Type: Hospital â€" Hospitalist Floor; Inpatient Care
Patient Volume: Average Census â€" seeing 14-16 patients
Call Requirements: This is Shift Work â€" NO CALL
Other Information: EPIC is the EMR
Client Name: Mayo Clinic - Rochester, Minnesota
Type of Need: Hospitalist Medicine - Needed ASAP
Selling Points: Currently staffing; We have direct contact with client (decision makers); Successfully staffing The Mayo Clinic for over 4 years; Marketable Rates; this is a Fulltime, Ongoing need
Specialty Requested: Hospitalist Medicine â€" client will consider Internal Medicine least 2 years ; no pending malpractice
Reason for Coverage Need: Vacancy â€" need extra hands to help see/treat patients
Start Date: ASAP â€" credentialing will take approx. 4-6 weeks
Schedule: Shift Work 7am-7pm & 7pm-7am â€" 12 hour shifts â€" client needs provider(s) that can consider both days/nights NIGHTS are needed the MOST! please note the shift preference & IF provider can consider both
Patient Demographic: Adult and Geriatric
Responsibilities: Routine inpatient care; rounding and admissions provider will need to be open to admissions
Support Staff: MD(s); NP/PA; Nursing Staff
Certifications Required:Current/Active/CLEAN â€" Minnesota License; DEA (verify that provider has 2nd DEA that they will change address on); BLS and ACLS â€" AHA Ceified
Charting/Dictation: EPIC â€" When submitting candidate, please share if provider has worked on EPIC and comfort level with system
Additional Information: Note what travel will be needed
