Job Details
We're looking for a dependable Per Diem Hospitalist to help cover PTO, FMLA, and vacation shifts in Littleton, NH. This is an inpatient, hospital-based role with the option to pick up additional days or shifts in Urgent Care if you'd like more hours. You'll join a collaborative team focused on delivering high-quality care and smooth care transitions for our patients.

Compensation
- $120-$130+ per hour, based on experience.
What you'll do
- Provide comprehensive inpatient care: evaluate, diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions.
- Work closely with specialists, nurses, and allied staff to coordinate care.
- Participate in discharge planning and ensure safe transitions home or to other facilities.
- Keep accurate, timely medical records in line with hospital policies.
- Cover vacation and other scheduled absences as needed.
What we're looking for
- MD or DO in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine - Board Certified or Board Eligible.
- Preferably at least 2 years of hospitalist experience.
- Valid DEA registration.
- Active New Hampshire medical license or eligibility to obtain one.
- Strong communicator who works well in a team-based environment.
