Hospitalist Physician Opening - Pacific Northwest
Located in Lebanon, OR
An exciting opportunity for a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Hospitalist to join a well-established and collaborative inpatient medicine team in a supportive community hospital environment. This full-time position offers an ideal mix of patient care, autonomy, and balance - all within the scenic Willamette Valley of Oregon.
About the Position
-Join a stable and collegial hospitalist group dedicated to sustainability, high-quality care, and education
-Average daily census of 10-12 patients
-33% night requirement with opportunity for additional night shifts if desired
-Average of three admissions per day per physician, supported by two admitting teams per day shift
-6-bed ICU with vent management experience required
-12-hour shifts, approximately 2,000 hours per year (1.0 FTE equivalent)
-Responsible for running all codes (excluding ER) and responding to all rapid response team (RRT) activations
-EPIC EMR utilized across the system
Qualifications
-Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
-ACLS certified
-Experience managing ventilated patients required
-Basic inpatient procedures preferred, but not required
-Eligibility to work in the United States
