With a 7-on / 7-off day schedule, you ll enjoy predictable rotations and meaningful downtime.

What You ll Do
- Deliver excellent inpatient care in collaboration with physicians and nursing staff
- Manage admissions, daily rounding, and discharges
- Partner with leadership to achieve and maintain quality metrics
- Participate in protocol implementation and program development
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance patient outcomes
What We re Looking For
- Master s degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies (required)
- Current certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (required)
- Active Wisconsin license or ability to obtain prior to start (required)
- DEA registration (preferred)
- Hospital or acute care experience preferred
