  • BE/BC as IM/Hospitalist
  • Active, clean CA license
  • Clean DEA & NPDB (no current suits or unresolved cases)
  • Certification in: ABLS, ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS
Support Services Available: Anesthesia, Cardio-Thoracic Surgery, Catheter Lab, General Surgery, Lab, Neuro-Surgery, Orthopedic Surgery, Radiology, Vascular Surgery Travel & Lodging provided Malpractice Insurance provided
