July 17-192-3 weekends per month ongoing. JOB DETAILS:Friday 7a - Monday 7a - 24 hours - in house - laboristPractice Setting: Hospital Call 90 Labor and DeliveryCoverage needs: 2 providers to help support at least once a monthCall Schedule: Two weekends a month Friday Saturday and Sunday per above.Call Ratio: 1:4 currentlyTotal Number of Beds: LampD/Post Partum /Triage 34 Beds Hospital 205Average Number of Scheduled Patients Per Day: VariesNumber of Physicians in Practice: FourNo Other OB/GYNs Provide Coverage During Locums Coverage DatesHow Many APPs Provide Coverage: 1 per 12 hour shiftOnsite Lab amp Ultrasound: YesDescribe Support Staff: LampD Nurses and Midwives not a guarantee the midwife will be onsite for the full 24 hours of shift.What Percentage of Practice is Low Risk Pregnancy: 60What Percentage of Practice is High Risk Pregnancy: 40What Percentage of Practice is GYN: 60Average Number of GYN Surgeries Per Day: FiveWhat Percentage of Patients are C-Section: OneAverage Number of Nursery Admissions Per Day: FourNursery Level I II III: Level IIDocumentation System/EMR: EPIC Required Obstetrics Procedures:Low Risk Pregnancy i.e. History of Twins Toxemia Pyelonephritis etc. High Risk Pregnancy i.e. with Toxemia Diabetes Class II or Higher Cardiacs Chronic Lung Problems Chronic Renal Disease etc. FHR Interpretation - NST/CST/FSE OB ultrasounds - Performance of Interpretation OB ultrasounds - Performance of Level I/Screening Viability Labor and Delivery Required Procedures:Routine Delivery -Vaginal Low Forceps Decision-Making for C-Section Complicated Delivery -C-Section Breech Multiple Births Abruptions etc VBAC's Repair of 3rd amp 4th Degree Lacerations Gynecology Required Procedures:Surgical Gynecology - Open Laparoscopic Diagnostic/Minor Only-Tubal Ligation LOA's Chromal Tubation Operative/Major Includes Diagnostic - Ectopic Pregnancy Ovary Removal Cystectomy Extensive LOA'sEstimated Credentialing Timeframe: 30-90 daysWill Your Facility Reimburse for the Following Costs: Flight Hotel Rental Car Mileage Billed at the IRS Standard RateTravel caps to be 150/night lodging standard/economy bookings for all travel
